As an operator, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and treating your personal data confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation.

- The Company's suppliers directly or indirectly involved in the marketing and promotion process.
- STORAGE DURATION
Your personal data will be retained by the Company for a period not exceeding the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and/or for any other period necessary in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to the Company. This is determined based on the following criteria:
- When you purchase property rights through our company, we retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship;
- If you participate in a promotional offer, we retain your personal data for the duration of the promotional offer;
- If you contact us for a service, we retain your personal data for the time necessary to process your request, but no longer than 10 years after the last correspondence sent, to comply with tax provisions;
- If you have registered on our site, we retain your personal data until you request that we delete it or after a period of inactivity (without active interaction with our brands). In this regard, we note that the data processed for this purpose will be deleted 5 years after the last interaction;
- If you have consented to marketing, we retain your personal data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or after a period of inactivity (without active interaction with our brands) defined in accordance with local regulations. In this regard, we note that the data stored in our databases for the purpose of direct marketing communications is deleted from the records of these databases 10 years after the last interaction

The Regulation gives the persons whose personal data are processed a series of rights. Thus, you have the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time to stop data processing that is based on your consent. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal.
- The right of access – you can obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, you can access that data and information on how this data is processed.
- The right to data portability – you can receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to have this data transmitted directly to another controller if this is technically feasible.
- The right to object – you can object to the processing of personal data when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task that serves a public interest or when it has a legitimate interest of the operator in mind. When the processing of personal data is aimed at direct marketing or processing based on consent, you have the right to object to the processing at any time.
- The right to rectification – you can request the correction of inaccurate personal data. The correction will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was sent.
- The right to data deletion ("the right to be forgotten") - you have the right to request the deletion of personal data, if it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or processed or in other situations specified by regulations.
- The right to restrict processing – can be exercised in certain circumstances, such as when you dispute the accuracy of the data or when the processing is unlawful.
